Resilient Schools – Ucayali
Secondary school students from 10 educational institutions in Ucayali are improving their school environment by ensuring access to adequate basic services.
Objectives:
Secondary school students from 10 educational institutions in Ucayali will improve their school environment by ensuring access to adequate water, sanitation, and hygiene services, and by promoting environmental education and menstrual health, with a focus on gender, interculturality, and climate resilience.
Beneficiaries:
- 10 prioritized educational centers (6 schools previously supported and 4 additional schools)
- 5,000 students in Ucayali
- 100 teachers and local officials in Ucayali
- 600 adolescents will receive their certificate of completion for the Climate Generation Course within the 3 sessions to be held between June and December 2025.
