Awareness campaign targeting officials and local population in the Amazonas and San Martín regions
To help reduce the impact of disasters on their lives and livelihoods.
Objective:
To contribute to reducing the impact of disasters on their lives and livelihoods by developing and implementing a territorial awareness plan for preparedness, response, and early recovery in emergencies.
Beneficiaries:
- 50,000 people from the 8 districts prioritized by the project.
- Grassroots social organizations (GSOs) from 12 communities targeted in the 8 districts prioritized by the project.
- Workers and volunteers (promoters) from health, education, social service, and program institutions present in the communities.
- Authorities, officials, and employees of regional and municipal governments, and health, education, social service, and program institutions in the prioritized districts, provinces, and regions.
